Speaker Biography:
Nick D’Amico is the senior director for IS&T customer service at Jefferson which includes Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health. Nick has over 20 years of healthcare IT experience. He is currently responsible for a team of 150 people that provides desktop and helpdesk services to over 30,000 users, 14 hospitals, ten colleges and three schools. Nick received his MBA with focus a on technology management from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
